InterTrade Industries will take your CAD data – created by your staff or our CAD Design department and use it with our state of the art CNC routing equipment to provide close tolerance products. Solid modeling and 3-D computer-aided design enhancements are available in our facility. Precision tooling is done under one roof in our 30,000 square foot ISO 9001:2000 certified Southern California facility.

InterTrade Industries 5-axis CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled) routers provide high-speed, high-accuracy trimming with a tolerance of 0.003", ensuring repeatablity. Lead times are reduced considerably, and human error is virtually eliminated. 

Using the latest computerized routers and microprocessor-controlled thermoforming machines, InterTrade Industries can produce parts that range in thickness from 0.006"to 0.5" with
depth-of-draws up to 48", including complex or compound contours, trims and recesses, which other firms may find difficult. 

We are able to use them for thermoformed plastic
parts, wood molds and parts, fiberglass parts, and
engraving work (linked to Corel Draw™).
