Our Machines

We've made sure to invest in machines and equipment that are capable of handling any project that our clients might have. From thin to thick gauge thermoforming lines to CNC machinery to tooling equipment, we are poised for just about any type of project. Here is a brief list of some of our machinery:

Double End Shuttle (3x5): This double ender will handle most common sized molds. The double end feature allows for shorter cycle times when tools are running similar materials, thus reducing your cost.

Double End Shuttle (5x7): Same features as above, but this one will handle very large, deep draw molds, or a large number of multiple cavities, also designed to save you money.

5-Axis CNC Router: We have four Thermwood Routers that are interchangeable, thus providing shorter lead times. There will be no need to wait until the machine that runs your parts is available.

Polyurethane Foam Machine: Our two machines dispense a 2-part mixture into various types of molds - from ATV/ATC and Motocross replacement seats to precision Aerospace gaskets.

Vertical Milling Machine: There are four networked machining centers available using MasterCam and/or SurfCam. One machine is dedicated to machining syntactic foam for prototype tools to expedite your samples.

White Room: This room is primarily used for producing medical packaging. While running these products, our operators are fully garbed with gowns, hairnets, and shoe covers to protect the product from particulate.

Illig Thermoforming Machine: Whether for retail clamshells, counter displays, various inserts, or medical items, our nine Illigs - the top brand for in-line forming machines - are your answer for high-speed, low cost forming.
