InterTrade's thermoforming
processes offer design freedoms that allow you almost unlimited
styling possibilities, with fabrication and performance capacities
unmatched by metal, wood, or fiberglass. Our inline and frame machines can
produce thick gauge material, in addition to thin "clam shells"
and "blister packs." Choose from such substrates as ABS, HIS, PETG, STYRENE, Polycarbonate,
Polypropylene, Kydex, and PVC. AND–unlike
injection molding–our pressure forming methods allow you to receive similar
products for minimal tooling costs and shorter lead times. Tooling can
often be completed in 2 weeks, with thermoformed production parts
delivered as quickly as 3 weeks.
An ISO 9001:2000 certified multi-shift plant and dedicated
delivery service allows us to support thermoforming customers who require
daily, weekly, and monthly deliveries. Whether your company is on MRP, JIT,
KAN-BAN—or any other system—
