History
Intertrade Industries has been a leader in plastics thermoforming since 1975. Based in Huntington Beach, California, Intertrade Industries began as a family owned operation. Then in 2005, American Innotek, a privately held, diversified company located in Escondido, California acquired the company. Since being acquired, InterTrade Industries has strived for perfection in exceeding it's customers demands. In 2005, InterTrade Industries received it's first ISO quality certification, which was renewed again in 2008. In 2010, InterTrade Industries acquired the assets of Plastic Concept, Inc. in order to better provide a full spectrum of services. With the acquisition of these assets, InterTrade Industries doubled its manufacturing square footage and added nine high-speed, thin-gauge thermoforming lines. Additionally, InterTrade Industries quadrupled it's in-house tooling capacity. InterTrade Industries is now poised to serve it's customers from two Huntington Beach locations.
